We actually spend much more time defending our industry by defeating legislative proposals that would place unnecessary burdens on franchised dealers. We’d like to take this opportunity to list just a small sample of bills that were introduced during the most recent legislative session that would have adversely affected our industry, but we were able to keep from becoming law.
